November, the month of thankfulness.
Social media is blowing up this month with people stating daily about what they are most grateful for. Last month G&W started to reflected on our Core Values. With the holiday’s approaching, the year ending, and 2019 planning in full swing, the value IMPACT seems to take front and center for the month of November.
G&W is growing, which means we are GRATEFUL. We are very thankful for our clients, without our strong client relationships and growing clientele, we could not be able to say “we are growing.” We strive to serve our clients beyond their expectations while bringing value to their projects.
We are also thankful for a management team that encourages employees to grow, serve, and impact our clients and our community. Employees are challenged to become the best version on themselves. Education and continuing education are rewarded as it impacts our daily lives professionally and personally. This month we recognized Andy Ellis for obtaining his CSI-Construction Documents Technologist Certification. Congratulations, Andy!
The monthly Differentiator Award is G&W’s way of recognizing employees who go above and beyond to assure complete client satisfaction. Employees are nominated by co-workers or clients for their hard work. The G&W leadership team is beyond THANKFUL to have so many employees who are team players that go above and beyond expectations. This month Andy E. and Amanda B. were recognized as G&W’s Differentiators.
Impact, charity, growth and professionalism are just a few of the qualities that prompted G&W employees to nominate Darrell Jacobs for St. Louis Business Journal, Class of 2019 40 Under 40.
We have so many things to be thankful for. This season we wish you a happy and safe Thanksgiving!
