Love is in the air and we would love to share what G&W has planned for the month of February. From our #GWgives campaign to bonus program enhancements, G&W has a lot of exciting news to reveal.
Before we get into those exciting details, we must recognize our employee birthdays and anniversaries in February.
G&W has one employee birthday this month, David Guiot. David’s birthday is celebrated on Valentine’s Day, February 14th – Happy Birthday, Dave! We also have one employee anniversary celebrated this month. This anniversary goes out to our employee Melanie Kachevas on February 6th!
Moving forward, we would like to share our progress concerning the STL Biz Journal Best Places to Work Awards. Although we did not make the list of finalists, our scores have improved drastically from previous submissions. Currently, we have a score of 95%! Our ultimate goal is to have 100% employee engagement, so we are well on our way!
Our social media presence has also been making great progress. We are making large strides and achieving short term goals to help us achieve those bigger long term objectives. Make sure to check out our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to stay updated!
G&W Engineering has also started the Lenten Weight Loss Challenge! Our final weigh in for the challenge will be in late March. The winner will receive $100 cash! Let the challenge begin!
