PRESTON M. GREEN HALL AT WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY
PROJECT SCOPE:

G&W was selected to provide energy modeling services on Washington University’s Preston M. Green Hall, a four-story, 84,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that provides additional research facilities crucial to the continued development of the university’s strategic plan. Additional space is included for the Department of Electrical & Systems Engineering, the International Center for Advanced Renewable Energy and Sustainability (I-CARES), and Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering (EECE). Green Hall connects with Brauer Hall on all three levels of its west façade.  The interior features more than 30 offices/conference rooms, several dry labs, one wet lab, three large classrooms and approximately 40,000-square-feet of shell space for future lab fit-outs.
