G&W was selected to provide MEP systems for the 92,500 square foot junior high school renovations. This project consisted of replacing an HVAC system, including unit ventilators, fan coil units, convectors, and air handling units with a new heating and cooling system and controls. The proposed new system is a VRV system for space conditioning with a dedicated outdoor air system for code compliant ventilation. Control system will use Ethernet via the existing districts wide area network.
