Sustainability & LEED Consulting
The project consists of a new 10,200 gross square foot, two story facility built on lakefront property owned by Ameren Missouri, across from the historic Willmore Lodge in Lake Ozark. The building houses staff members who manage Lake of the Ozark shoreline development, and it replaced a previous office damaged by a storm in 2013 and ultimately demolished. The upper story consists of offices and conference rooms, while the lower story is a walkout basement that houses the staff’s boats in the wintertime. G&W was selected to provide MEP systems, LEED consulting, and commissioning. The MEP Design consisted of a VRV system with an outdoor heat recovery condensing unit and indoor fan coil units, a computer room duct free split system, electric unit heaters, electrical service and distribution, lighting, electric water heater and domestic water service.
