Bonhomme Presbyterian Church Renovation Town & Country, Missouri
The construction budget for this project was $9M. A new three story Fellowship Center and Administrative Offices were constructed and the existing Contemporary and Traditional Sanctuaries were renovated. The existing MEP systems were renovated throughout and New HVAC systems were provided for the Traditional Sanctuary. DDC controls were added to the entire facility for energy conservation measures. Sustainable design was implemented throughout the project. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in phases.
Salem United Methodist Church - Multi-purpose Building & Classroom Addition
Ladue, Missouri
The construction budget for this project was $5.5M. A new multi-purpose building was added to the existing facility with fellowship areas, educational rooms, library and a multi-functional room and the adjoining kitchen area was renovated. The existing offices and educational classrooms were abated and MEP systems were replaced in several areas and a new Fire Alarm system was added to the building. Sustainable design was implemented throughout the project. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in several phases.
St. Peters U.C.C. - Atrium Addition & Renovation Washington, Missouri
The construction budget for this project was $2.5M. This project integrated a Historic Landmark Church with an adjacent Educational and Administrative Building. Sensitive ife safety issues were addressed with this renovation; including and a new Fire Alarm system to address egress aspects of the Church and Educational Buildings. New Mechanical and Electrical Systems were designed for the adjacent building and the new Atrium Structure. Innovative and thoughtful lighting design completed this remarkable interior space. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in several phases.
