This five phase project at the elementary school encompasses an 18,000 square foot addition consisting of 4 Kindergarten classrooms, Special Ed classroom, Support spaces, competition level Gymnasium, Library/Media Center and Administrative Offices. Additional scope includes the complete renovation of the existing 43,000 square foot grade school. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in phases.

The project consisted of the facility energy study, energy conservation measure recommendations with proposed systems upgrade of approximately 130,000 square feet of a 310,000 square foot facility. This four phase project at the high school encompasses the complete renovation of the existing three story 130,000 square foot classrooms and administrative area. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in phases.

This project at the elementary school encompasses the complete renovation of the existing 51,970 square foot four story school. This project was completed during the summer recess.

This project at the elementary school encompasses a new 63,000 square foot two story school. This project was completed while the facility was occupied and performed in phases.

This project at the elementary school encompasses a new 63,000 square foot single story school.
MEP Scope of Work
• The electrical service consisted of a 2,000 amp 277/480 volt-3Phase-4 wire switch and fuse panelboard with complete electrical
power, lighting, site lighting, life safety, data and intercom systems throughout.
• Mechanical system consisted of a 240 nominal ton water source heat pump system with a 70 well ground source loop field
covering over one acre and a 170 nominal ton fluid cooler for field relief. The loop field was piping is served by redundant 575
gpm base mounted pumps. Individual spaces were served by ceiling mounted terminal water source heat pumps while common
areas were served by roof mounted water source heat pumps. Ventilation air distribution consisted of five constant volume roof
mounted water source heat pump neutral air air handling system with energy recover wheels totaling 20,625 CFM.
• The gymnasium consisted of two horizontal water source heat pump units.
• Domestic hot water is provided by three electric 45 kW water heaters with 120 gallon storage each with return loop circulating
system.
Project was completed in 2008. The budget for the MEP portion of the project was $2,500,000.
